MEDITERRANEAN PASTA

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 large fennel bulb, coarsely chopped
1 large red onion, sliced and separated into rings
4 large garlic cloves, sliced
2 cans (15 ounces each) diced tomatoes
1/2 cup black brine-cured olives (such as Kalamata), pitted and halved
1/2 cup KEN DAVIS BAR-B-Q-SAUCE
8 ounces spaghetti or linguine, cooked and drained
Grated Parmesan cheese

Heat oil in heavy large skillet over medium heat. Add fennel, onion, and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, until almost tender, about 10 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, olives and KEN DAVIS BAR-B-Q-SAUCE. Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 5 minutes. Serve over spaghetti; sprinkle with cheese.

BARBECUE 'N MACARONI BAKE

1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cups KEN DAVIS BAR-B-Q-SAUCE
1 can (4 ounces) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 package (8 ounces) elbow macaroni
1 cup sour cream
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook and stir beef and onion in a large skillet over medium-high heat until beef is brown and onion is tender. Stir in KEN DAVIS BAR-B-Q-SAUCE and mushrooms. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

Cook macaroni as directed on package; drain. Spray a rectangular baking dish (13x9x2 inches) with nonstick cooking spray. Layer half the macaroni, half the sauce and half the sour cream in the dish. Sprinkle with half of the cheese. Repeat layering. Cover dish loosely with foil. Bake 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 minutes longer.

EASY SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS

1 pound frozen prepared meatballs
1 cup KEN DAVIS Bold 'n Spicy BAR-B-Q-SAUCE
1 jar (28 ounces) prepared spaghetti sauce
8 ounces spaghetti
Grated Parmesan cheese and dried red pepper flakes

Spray a large skillet with cooking spray. Heat meatballs in skillet over medium heat until hot and golden brown. Stir in KEN DAVIS BAR-B-Q-SAUCE; simmer 10 minutes. Stir in spaghetti sauce; heat through. Cook spaghetti as directed on package; drain. Top with meatball mixture. If desired, serve with Parmesan and red pepper flakes.
