GRILLED SLAW-BURGER

4 ground beef patties (about 1/4 pound each)
Barbecue Dressing (below)
1 package cole slaw vegetables
8 slices dark rye bread
8 slices Swiss cheese
Melted margarine

In a large heavy skillet, brown beef patties over medium heat until done, about 5 minutes per side. Mix 1/2 cup of the Barbecue Dressing and 1 cup of the cole slaw vegetables. (Reserve remaining cole slaw vegetables for future use.) Spread each slice of bread with additional barbecue dressing. Top one slice with Swiss cheese, a beef patty, 1/4 of the cole slaw mixture, another slice of cheese, and another slice of bread. Brush the outsides of the sandwich with margarine. Cook in the skillet over medium heat until golden brown on each side and the cheese is melted.

Barbecue Dressing:
Mix 1/2 cup Ken Davis Bar-B-Q-Sauce, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons pickle relish and 2 tablespoons chopped green onions

1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green or red bell pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pound ground pork
1 1/2 cups KEN DAVIS BAR-B-Q-SAUCE
4 hamburger buns

Cook and stir onion and bell pepper in vegetable oil in large skillet about 2 minutes. Stir in ground pork; season with salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat until pork is no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Stir in KEN DAVIS BAR-B-Q-SAUCE. Cook 5 minutes longer. Serve on buns.
